This information is used only to help prepare the request or communication you choose to create.

2. Local Data Stored on Your Device

WHAM BURGER may store certain information locally on your Android device to provide app functionality.

Local information may include:

• Favourite menu items
• Basket contents
• Prepared request summaries
• Request history
• Theme preference
• Onboarding status
• Recently selected app settings
• Basic contact information that you choose to save or reuse

This local information is used to provide features such as favourites, basket restoration, request history, and app preferences.

The application does not require you to create an online account.

3. Email Requests and Support Messages

When you choose to prepare a collection request, inquiry, or support email, WHAM BURGER may create an email draft containing information that you entered into the app.

The app then opens a compatible email application installed on your device.

The prepared email may contain:

• WHAM BURGER's support email address
• Your contact information
• Selected menu items
• Item quantities and customisations
• Indicative basket information
• Collection preferences
• Additional notes

The email is not automatically sent by WHAM BURGER.

You remain responsible for reviewing and sending the email through your selected email application.

Once you send an email, the email provider you use may process that communication according to its own privacy policy and terms.

4. Information We Do Not Collect Through the App

The current version of WHAM BURGER does not intentionally collect or process:

• Credit or debit card details
• Bank account information
• Digital wallet credentials
• Cryptocurrency information
• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Government identification documents
• Precise device location
• Contacts
• SMS messages
• Call logs
• Microphone recordings
• Camera recordings
• Health information
• Biometric information

WHAM BURGER does not provide banking, lending, investment, cryptocurrency, gambling, medical, or adult services.

5. Payments

WHAM BURGER does not process online payments inside the application.

The app does not collect:

• Card numbers
• CVV codes
• Bank details
• Payment account credentials

Where payment is relevant to a collection request, payment arrangements are handled separately by the business and are not processed through the application.

6. Internet Access and Images

WHAM BURGER may use an internet connection to load certain menu or food images from third-party image hosting or content providers.

When your device connects to those external services, technical information such as your IP address may be processed by those third-party providers as part of normal internet communication.

Those external services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

The app does not use third-party images to intentionally identify individual users.

7. Analytics and Advertising

The current version of WHAM BURGER does not intentionally include advertising functionality or advertising identifiers.

The current app design also does not require behavioural advertising profiles.

If analytics, advertising services, or additional third-party SDKs are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the application's Google Play Data safety information should be updated before those changes are released.

8. How Information Is Used

Information entered or stored within WHAM BURGER may be used to:

• Build and manage your basket
• Save favourite menu items
• Prepare collection requests
• Prepare support communications
• Display locally saved request history
• Restore app preferences
• Improve usability within the application

We do not use information entered into the app for unrelated financial, medical, gambling, or advertising purposes.

9. Sharing of Information

WHAM BURGER does not automatically upload locally stored favourites, basket information, or request history to a WHAM BURGER remote server in the current version.

Information may leave the app when you deliberately perform an action such as:

• Opening and sending a prepared email
• Loading externally hosted images
• Using another application or service that you choose to open from WHAM BURGER

Any information sent through your email provider is subject to that provider's own privacy practices.

10. Data Retention

Locally stored information may remain on your device until:

• You remove the relevant item
• You clear request history
• You clear application data
• You uninstall the application
• The application removes the data through an available feature

Prepared emails that you send are handled and retained by your selected email provider according to that provider's policies.

11. Managing or Deleting Local Information

You can manage certain locally stored information directly inside WHAM BURGER.

Depending on the feature, you can:

• Remove favourites
• Remove items from your basket
• Delete individual saved requests
• Clear local request history
• Change app preferences

You can also remove the app's locally stored information through Android application settings by clearing the app's data or uninstalling WHAM BURGER.

Because WHAM BURGER does not require user accounts, there is no WHAM BURGER online account that needs to be deleted.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable application-design practices intended to limit unnecessary collection of personal information.

The current application primarily relies on local device storage and user-controlled email actions rather than automatically transmitting request information to a remote WHAM BURGER server.

However, no electronic storage method, device, application, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into request notes or support messages.

13. Children's Privacy

WHAM BURGER is a general restaurant and food-order preparation application and is not designed specifically for children.

The app does not intentionally seek to collect personal information from children through account-registration features because it does not provide user accounts.

Parents or guardians should supervise use of the application where appropriate.

14. Third-Party Services

Certain functionality may depend on third-party services installed on or accessed from your device, including:

• Email applications
• Android operating-system services
• Internet image providers

These third parties may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies.

WHAM BURGER is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party applications or websites.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's functionality, technology, data practices, or legal requirements change.

When material changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy should be made available within the application and through the privacy-policy URL associated with the Google Play listing.
